1. Management Trainee (MT) – HR, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, PR - 12 

2. Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) – Electrical, Civil - 34 

3. Technical Non-Executive Trainee (TNE) – Electrician, Fitter, Lineman, Welder, Crane Operator, Store Keeper - 125 

Education Criteria: Job finders should have passed 10th, ITI, CA, CMA, Degree, Graduation, Post Graduation Degree with good academic records from well recognized Institute / board. 

Application Fee Details:

• Aspirants belonging General / SEBC Category need to submit application fee of Rs. 750/-.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST and PWD categories are exempted from payment of application fee.

Age Required:

• Age of contenders must be between 18 to 32 Years and 21 to 32 Years as on 01-08-2025.
• The organization also provide upper age relaxation to the reserved category candidates as per the guidelines of the Government.

Salary & Pay Band: Those applicants who will be recruited successfully against OHPC they will attain salary of Rs. 22,700/- (Post for Management Trainee), Rs. 50,000/- (for DET), Rs. 22,700/- (for TNE) from recruiting organization. 

Selection Process:

• Engagement of applicants will be completed against this recruitment on the basis of their presentation in Computer Based Test, Document Verification, Interview that will be conducted by the recruitment panel of organization.
